Pregnancy Yoga Reigate

Time to connect with your body and baby

Pregnancy is a whirlwind, isn’t it? One minute you're over the moon, the next you're completely wiped out. It’s a blend of excitement, exhaustion, discomfort and feeling ethereal— sometimes all in a single day!

That’s where pregnancy yoga comes in. It’s your special time to slow down, listen to your body, and figure out exactly what it needs. We’ll flow together to ease those common pregnancy symptoms like digestive issues, aches, pains, fatigue, and swelling. Instead of focusing on what you can’t do, we’ll celebrate what your body can do during this incredible time.

As we move through the class, you’ll also have the chance to connect with your growing baby and bump. When you’re ready, we’ll gently shift our focus to preparing for birth.

And of course, we’ll wrap up with some well-deserved relaxation—because let’s face it, relaxation is a rare gem these days!

Details

  • Suitable throughout trimesters two and three.
  • Prior yoga experience is welcome but absolutely not necessary, modifications will be provided that adapt the class to your body.
  • We'll take time at the beginning/end of the class to get to know each other, to have a community to lean on through this transitional time.
  • 4-week packs or drop-in's available.
