Pregnancy & Post-natal Yoga
Yoga that takes care of you
Pregnancy and postnatal yoga are unique practices tailored to support women during this transformative stage of life. These classes are thoughtfully designed to nurture both body and mind at a time when you need it most, providing a gentle and supportive environment for physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
During pregnancy, yoga helps to ease the body through its changes, promoting flexibility, strength, and relaxation, while fostering a deep connection with your growing baby. After birth, postnatal yoga offers a safe space for recovery, helping to rebuild strength, relieve tension, and restore balance as you adjust to life with your newborn.
Each session is focused on caring for your remarkable body and your baby. You’ll be encouraged to move in ways that feel natural and comfortable for you, whether you're preparing for childbirth or nurturing your postpartum recovery. These classes offer a valuable opportunity to check in with yourself, cultivate mindfulness, and find deep relaxation in a supportive community of fellow mothers.
